Please note:
RealPlayer is NOT supported. Windows Media Player must be designated as your default media viewer. If you would like to designate Windows Media Player as the default viewer for all types of media files, please open Windows Media Player and go to Tools > Options > File Types, then click on Select All. You may also wish to designate Windows Media Player as the default media player by individual file type. CBOE webcasts utilize the file type of .wmv.
