Cboe BZX Equities Changes Market-on-Close Cutoff Time, Auction Update Message Interval Effective June 6, 2025, Cboe BZX Equities Exchange (BZX) will change the Market-On-Close (MOC) cutoff time from 3:59 p.m. ET to 3:55 p.m. ET for Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) and Corporate listings. Please note the Limit-On-Close (LOC) cutoff time for ETPs and Corporate Listings will remain 3:59 p.m. ET. Late-Limit-On-Close (LLOC) order entry start time will remain at 3:59 p.m. ET. In addition, Auction Update messages will now be sent at 1 second intervals between 3:59 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. ET. -
