Update to regulation Settlement

The Regulation Settlement has been updated to include the following changes effective 28 April 2022:

·        Czech market, mandating the use of “PART” in the settlement instructions

·        Updated information for Czech, Hungarian and Polish markets for the partial process

·        Additional background information around CSDR
